Our companies' long history has left us with a rich heritage of community. Farmers Union Service Association is a local company located in Greenwood Village,
Colorado. We are the Rocky Mountain broker for National Farmers Union Insurance, serving Colorado and Wyoming and New Mexico. 2008 marks our
57th year of service to the region. We are one of the largest Brokers in the region with over 85 million in premium.
We reflect this strong sense of community both externally in our efforts to make neighborhoods better places to live and internally in the family spirit which imbues
our work. Our companies reach out and get involved in many ways:
* We encourage and support the personal and professional growth of our employees through such diverse programs as pension and 401(k) plans and educational subsidies.
* We bring the worthy values of the family farm into the workplace by continuously recognizing our strong ties to the Rocky Mountain Famers Union farm organization and by sponsoring employee
activities such a family farm day.
* We strive to keep the "cooperative spirit' alive by offering products specifically designed to meet the insurance needs of cooperatives and by supporting a member-owned credit union.
* We actively support local and national charities in their efforts to improve the lives of the less fortunate. We encourage and support our employees involvement to make
better communities. Building stronger communities makes our cities and towns a better place to live.
* We proudly support FFA through the Catch a Calf program and also help local kids with college scholarships each year with the Perry Jackson and Dale Smith Memorial Scholarship Programs. We also
sponsor youth camp scholarships via the Rusty Sexson Memorial Fund. Our youth are the the key to our future and are one of the reasons people need insurance.
